  1. Open the guided connection and review Down Field in Claude.
  2. Sign in to your Down Field account and approve read access.
  3. Return to Claude and ask it to show your Down Field leagues.

Connection availability can depend on your Claude account and workspace settings.

Connect through ChatGPT’s custom connection setup. Down Field is not in its public directory yet; custom setup depends on your account and workspace permissions.

Setup steps for ChatGPT
  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Security and login and enable Developer mode if your account offers it.
  2. Open the Plugins page, select the plus button, and name the connection Down Field.
  3. Enter the server URL below and select OAuth authentication.
  4. Sign in to Down Field, approve read access, then add the connection from your conversation’s tools menu.

If the custom connection option is missing, your ChatGPT account or workspace may not allow it. This is a custom connection, not a public directory install.

Use Grok’s custom connector setup to connect your Down Field account. Its connector controls may vary by account.

Setup steps for Grok
  1. Open Grok’s Connectors page and choose New Connector, then the custom connector option.
  2. Name it Down Field, enter the server URL below, and choose OAuth.
  3. Sign in to Down Field and approve read access.
  4. Enable Down Field for your conversation and ask it to show your leagues.

Then ask: “Show my Down Field leagues.”

Pick a league, then try “What’s my matchup score, and who’s left to play?” Your AI app brings the answer into the conversation.

Down Field uses Model Context Protocol (MCP) with OAuth sign-in. This manual setup is for developers and people testing a custom integration.
